Custom Order FAQ
Custom Order?
We print fully custom designs on our signature Avian Flow singlets. We also print custom designs and logos on speedsuits, shorts, half-tights, and shirts.
We're happy to work with track/cross country teams at all levels, run clubs, and unattached athletes, on orders of any size and complexity.
Pricing?
Depends on quantity, but orders are generally $25-$40 per piece.
Minimum Order Quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity.
However, we prioritize larger orders, as they allow us to get our gear to more people in a similar timeframe.
Payment Methods?
We accept most forms of online payment (Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay) securely through our website (via Wix).
We can also accommodate other forms of payment (i.e., check) when necessary.
No templates?
We create fresh designs for every submission. Although we love creativity, we are happy to make simple designs as well.
Discounts?
We offer discounts to elite athletes/teams/clubs for use as a primary racing kit. We also offer discounts when athletes create and post content with the gear. If interested in either, email asullivan@oasisrunning.com or DM @oasisrun on Instagram.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
How long does an order take?
Orders generally take 3-6 weeks from design finalization to delivery.
Turnaround depends on design complexity, order quantity, and destination.
Teams reordering an existing design should expect 3-4 weeks. New designs typically take a month or longer.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders. We cover all duties and tariffs, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide tracking information and follow delivery progress to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your package.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns in the case of product defects. If you receive a defective item, contact asullivan@oasisrunning.com within 7 days of delivery with a description of the defect and photos if possible.
Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Because of the custom nature of orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
What if the sizing is wrong?
Review our sizing guide before submitting your order. Note that we recommend sizing down one size from the guide for singlets and other competition garments.
Sizes are confirmed in writing before production begins, and orders cannot be exchanged for sizing after that confirmation.

Racing Fit - for singlets and other garments used in competition, we recommend sizing down by one size from the guide.
Training Fit - for shirts and other non-competition gear, we suggest you stick with the guide's recommendation.
Privacy & Safety
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Wix Payments using secure, encrypted transactions. We never store your payment details on our servers.
What information do you collect, and is it shared?
We only collect what's needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment details.
Shipping and contact information is only shared with our manufacturing and shipping partners to deliver your order.
We never sell or rent customer data.
